Foxtheon HybridPack HP1000 is a distributed power supply system specially developed for off-grid engineering construction, mining, and oil field drilling. This product features both power generation and energy storage functions, powered by a generator set, while the energy storage system stores and discharges electricity. It combines an energy management system with intelligent cloud platform monitoring to provide customers with a safe and reliable one-stop solution.

Enhanced Fuel Efficiency

The energy storage system provides support for the load with rapid power fluctuations, keeps the industrial power generator running in the economic power output range, and reduces the additional generator capacity required to meet the impact load requirements, reduces the fuel consumption of 20%-40% depending on the operating condition, reduces carbon emissions during the construction process, and supports the improvement of ESG rating.

Improved Reliability

By providing support for the impact load, the high-reliability energy storage system can reduce the impact of sudden loading and unloading on the generator, make the generator run smoothly, optimize the operating conditions of the generator, significantly reduce the failure rate of the generator, appropriately extend the maintenance cycle, reduce the equipment downtime caused by maintenance, and reduce the impact of equipment failure on the construction progress and cost, making it an ideal hybrid generator for construction site power needs.

How does Hybrid Power Station Work?

Low Load Power Mode
For consistently low loads, the hybrid energy station switches to energy storage alone, avoiding high energy consumption and maintenance costs of low-power generator operation. This ensures zero noise, improving sleep environments, especially at night.
Economic Zone Continuous Power
For loads within the generator's fuel-efficient range and requiring continuous operation, the generator supplies power independently.
 Transient Load Absorption
When equipment requires high starting current (especially motors), the energy storage system initially handles the load, gradually transferring it to the generator to avoid high energy consumption and load shocks.
Charging Load Adjustment
As load increases, the hybrid station switches to generator mode. If load is below 50% of generator capacity, the FoxMind system instructs the generator to charge the energy storage, maintaining fuel efficiency.
Renewable Energy Priority
When available, renewable energy sources like photovoltaics and wind power are prioritized for power supply.
 Peak Load Adjustment
When load surpasses generator capacity, FoxMind manages both generator and energy storage to handle peaks. After peak loads, energy storage exits, and the generator continues, recharging energy storage below 50% load.
