Q: What is EnergyPack?

S: We define EnergyPack as BESS. Zero-emission, zero-noise generators, the central brains of microgrids, and the perfect partner for optimized generators as load stabilizers.

S: Our warranty policy includes one year warranty for the whole machine and three years warranty for the battery pack.

S: We use lithium iron phosphate battery, which is considered the safest battery chemistry. BatteryPack lifespan is more than 7000 cycles with an IP67 protection grade. Also, we choose high C-rate batteries which have 3 times discharging capability.

S: This will depend on the power demand at your load side. Typically, our equipment supports one hour with discharging at the 1C rated power .

S: EnergyPack supports a charging power of 0.5C, and it takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge.

S: Our EnergyPack supports both Electronically Diesel Engine and Mechanical Diesel Generator. EnergyPack communicates and interfaces with the generator through configured heavy-duty connectors or CAN bus. After the initial setup, EnergyPack can be easily parallels to your generators by a simple plug & play opreation and form a hybrid power system.

S: We usually use high fuel-efficient engines, such as Cummins, Perkins, Scania. Additionally, we offer customization options based on your specific requirements, such as emission standards.

S: The EnergyPack can operate in temperature ranges from -20 to +50 degrees Celsius , altitude up to 3000m and humidity ranges from 0 to 95%. Additionally, our BatteryPack is equipped with a liquid cooling system to effectively prevent battery overheating or undercooling, and ensure a stable and safe power supply.

S: Our standard EnergyPack model supports the switching between 50Hz and 60Hz frequencies. Additionally, it has a voltage coverage range of 400±15%. Moreover, we offer customization options for specific regions with different voltage ranges.

S: Our EnergyPack will support 4/5G & Wi-Fi communacation through FoxCloud , considering that many companies have their own equipment management platforms, we can also provide free data interface access to their platforms

S: We support up to 32 diesel generators in parallel and up to 16 EnergyPacks in parallel.

S: Our EnergyPack is basically maintenance-free and the system automatically corrects the SOC on a regular basis. If it is not used for a long time, it needs to be discharged once every three months to keep the battery healthy

S: EnergyPack can be equipped with a Mains Controler to form a hybrid power system in parallel with the mains.

S: We use vehicle-grade batteries and key components to ensure safety, and in the battery pack, it has a built-in aerosol fire system, and it passed multiple safety tests conducted by the National Vehicle Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. Our EMS system can also monitor the operation of the battery in real time to ensure safety.

S: The protection level of our whole unit is IP54, and the for the BatteryPack is IP67
